Hello and welcome to Fitness With Diana.
I offer small group Pilates classes in the local community around the Northampton Area.
Pilates is an invigorating form of exercise for both your mind and body. The classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility and overall mobility. Your posture and balance will improve and you will achieve a strong core and gain a greater mind/body awareness.
Specialist Pilates courses are six week courses focusing on a specific area of the body. Back care, Lower limbs, Shoulder and Neck. The courses will work through a series of exercises focusing on these specific areas of the body and by the end of the the six weeks you will have an understanding of how exercise can help your condition.
I know it can be a bit daunting starting a new class but please don’t worry about not having done Pilates before as everyone in class will work at a level suitable for them and I will change and adapt exercises so that everyone can participate in the class.
