Pilates is an invigorating form of gentle exercise for both your mind and body. My classes are designed to help you improve your flexibility, posture, balance and muscle strength.
Classes run both during the daytime and in the evenings. They’re held in accessible local venues and are tailored for absolute beginners as well as the more experienced.
